RETURN POLICY AND CANCELED ORDERS

You may cancel any order before shipping. We will refund by your original payment method.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items may be returned to us for refund, provided we are informed within 8 working days of delivery of the order. Products must be returned in resaleable condition. For products to be in a resaleable condition they must be returned to us unused and unopened, with all items included in the original sale - accessories, shoulder strap, etc. We cannot refund the original shipping costs for unwanted items.

Items that are defaced or physically damaged, opened and used cases, items that become non-functional due to inappropriate use, items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer cannot be returned.

The return of the unwanted item is on cost and entire risk of the customer. We refund the value of item within 14 days upon receiving back to our store.
